Get your friends to help (and return the favor yourself!) by challenging them to fitness activities and tracking progress together. Keep everyone in your group on track -- “nudge” them when they forgot to work out or dole out a “high five” when they post a photo at the gym. Remember, pictures or it didn’t happen!
ACCOUNTABILITY - Track progress together by checking in with photos and getting daily progress reports. You and your friends can “nudge” each other to get up off the couch and get fit.
FLEXIBILITY - Choose an activity from Spotter or set your own, depending on your group’s fitness level. Select goals, frequency and length of the activity. When and where you get your sweat on is up to you -- do it on your own time!MOTIVATION - It’s one hundred times easier to get active when all your friends are doing it. Encourage each other with “high fives,” chat about progress and reach your #bodygoals together.
FUN - See your friends’ photos on your quest to get fit. “Boo” your buddy who just posted a pic of a demolished ice cream sundae. You can even choose to set consequences for anyone who doesn’t reach the activity goal! Who’s buying a round?
